Youth Health

Over ten per cent of NZ young people (aged 12-24 years) live in Counties-Manukau. CMDHB is working with our young people to improve their health and wellbeing.

These services include:

Specific school based health services
Public health nursing for young people funded directly by the Ministry of Health
Secondary specialist services for young people admitted to hospital and referrals for young people
Community based youth specific programmes/clinics that are provided in a community/primary care setting
Other projects directly funded by the Ministry of Health
