Primary Health Care Education

CMDHB Management Programme

A three-staged orientation, training and development programme that is organisationally focused, practically tailored and applied within a CMDHB context.  Stages 2 and 3 are offered in collaboration with the New Zealand Institute of Management (NZIM).  The programme will build on a staircased approach that is designed to:

  1. Develop competencies, confidence and expertise.
  2. Increase capability and capacity.
  3. Provide opportunity for peer networking.
  4. Allow for individual flexibility, yet follow a clear development plan.
  5. Build on best practice.
